Texas Law permits the City of Houston to support neighborhoods with Deed Restriction Enforcement of these types of Restrictions:
- Use Provisions - residential vrs. commercial
- Building Line Setbacks
- Size of lots, number and type of structures
- Facing of structures
- Fences where the fence would require a permit (over 8' or masonry over 4')
