Garden Oaks Gazette Committee

The Garden Oaks Gazette is the official publication of the Garden Oaks Civic Club and is published on a monthly basis. Delivered by volunteers to all homes in Garden Oaks, the Gazette features Civic Club news, updates on community activities, lifestyle columns, letters to and from the editor, and anything else of interest to the community as a whole.

The deadline for submission is the 15th of each month for publication the next month. Residents should receive their copy before the Civic Club meeting, which is the first Tuesday of the month.

Submissions can be emailed to the editor.

To advertise in the Gazette, email the ad director.

Delivery volunteers are always needed. If you would like to help by being available to fill in for regular volunteers who are on vacation or are otherwise unavailable, or you would be interested in taking over a delivery route, contact the delivery coordinator.

Advertising Rates and Info

The Garden Oaks Gazette is the official publication of the Garden Oaks Civic Club and is published on a monthly basis. It is hand delivered to 1,550 homes, the first week of the month.

The Gazette’s primary purpose is to disseminate information about Civic Club activities and community events.

1. Placement of the ad is at the discretion of the editor.
2. Camera-ready artwork must be submitted by the 15th of each month for publication the following month and emailed to: gazette@gardenoaks.org
3. Artwork must be emailed in the following formats: JPEG (.jpg) or GIF (.gif)
