Amendment A for sections 1, 2, 3, and 5

Amendment A is the amendment to the deed restrictions that created GOMO, and should be downloaded with the deed restrictions for sections 1, 2, 3, and 5 in order to have the complete deed restrictions for those sections.

*Note: Section 4 is continuing their effort to join GOMO. While section 4 does not have GOMO to help with its deed restrictions, the deed restrictions for that section are still valid and enforceable.

At this time, section one has a director position open. GOMO Bylaws

In addition to and as required by the Texas Property Code and Non-Profit Incorporation laws, GOMO operates under a set of bylaws. Spending Proposals

1.Vote to approve spending the sum of $65,000.00 for an additional Night Time Security Patrol in Garden Oaks. This Patrol to be provided by Harris County Constable Precinct 1.

Proposal Approved: For 193 Against 16 Abstain 4 Total Votes 213 91% Approval

2.Vote to approve spending the sum of $35,000.00 for upgrades to the Garden Oaks SPARK Park located next to Garden Oaks Elementary School.

Proposal Approved: For 186 Against 24 Abstain 3 Total Votes 213 87% Approval

3.Vote to approve spending the sum of $10,000.00 for enhancements to and maintenance of the Garden Oaks Neighborhood Green Spaces.

Proposal Approved: For 194 Against 16 Abstain 3 Total Votes 213 91% Approval
