The Garden Oaks Maintenance Organization (GOMO) is charged with deed restriction management and enforcement for sections 1, 2, 3, and 5 of Garden Oaks*.
Deed RestrictionsYou can download the text of the Deed Restrictions for Garden Oaks, by Section. Click on the Section 1 Amendment A for sections 1, 2, 3, and 5 Amendment A is the amendment to the deed restrictions that created GOMO, and should be downloaded with the deed restrictions for sections 1, 2, 3, and 5 in order to have the complete deed restrictions for those sections. *Note: Section 4 is continuing their effort to join GOMO. While section 4 does not have GOMO to help with its deed restrictions, the deed restrictions for that section are still valid and enforceable. GOMO DirectorsThere are three director positions per section. If you are interested in being a director for your section, contact any of the directors listed below or email GOMO for detailed qualifications and procedures. At this time, section one has a director position open. GOMO BylawsIn addition to and as required by the Texas Property Code and Non-Profit Incorporation laws, GOMO operates under a set of bylaws.
